referral form along with their
credit report to PACE &
ASSOCIATES we will take it from

After your client has enrolled, we will work with you and your processors to coordinate due dates for the negotiated settlements. We provide a summary of negotiated settlements and letters for each account to you so it may be submitted to underwriting for loan approval.
This same package is then sent to the closer/title company for funds disbursement. Our service fee is included on the HUD so that everyone is paid at closing.
